At Wave Spas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home relaxation experience. If your spa or accessory isn't perfect, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and power cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
